Communicating change is often treated as an update. This work took a different approach, focusing on lived experience rather than actions and using real emplouyee stroies to make progress tangible and relatable. Instead of explaining what had changed, the narrative was shaped around the people who had felt it.
The voices and experiences made the change tangible, turning abstract improvements into moments employees could recognize in their own day-to-day work.
Shared over a four-week integrated rollout, the stories helped close the feedback loop, build trust and shift the message from what was done to what it made possible.
